Material properties  

1. Polyester waterproof cloth:

1). Polyester fabric has high strength. The short fiber strength is 2.6～5.7cN/dtex, and the high-strength fiber is 5.6～8.0cN/dtex. Due to its low moisture absorption, its wet strength is basically the same as the dry strength, and its impact strength is 4 times higher than that of nylon. Viscose fiber is 20 times higher.

2). Polyester fabric has super elasticity. The elasticity is close to that of wool. When it stretches 5% to 6%, it can almost completely recover. Repeatedly rubbing the polyester fabric will quickly restore its original shape without leaving wrinkles. The modulus of elasticity is 22～141cN/dtex, which is more than Nylon is 2 to 3 times higher than other fabrics.

3). Polyester fabric has good heat resistance. It can be said that polyester has the best heat resistance among chemical fiber fabrics and has extremely strong plasticity. If it is made into mittens, the surface can be kept smooth and does not require excessive ironing.    

2. Polyester plush cloth:

2). Good comfort. 3). Good air permeability. After you accept the quotation, if we need to make samples according to your drawings (you can also send sample to us), we can make it for free. If you need to print (embroider) the logo layout, please pay a partial deposit (refundable). You need to pay the postage when we send the samples to you. If you accept the quotation, place an order directly with us, and pay a 30% deposit, we will make a complete sample and mail it to you without any fees, and we will directly reduce the amount.

3.Start ordering

When you receive the sample and have confirmed it, we can sign the order contract and pay a 30% advance payment. Confirm the production process, materials, quantity and other requirements you need before production, and we can start production.

4.Production customization

Procurement of materials and mass production. Due to the difference in quantity and process, the delivery time will vary, usually around 7-30 days.

5.Inspection and delivery

After the production is completed, we will tell you. When the inspection is qualified, you will pay the remaining payment, and we will arrange to send it to the ship after receiving the payment.
