1. PU travelling bag design is stylish, classic and retro. Its shell is made of highly flexible PU material, which has good leather feel, abrasion resistance, cold resistance and good air permeability. The texture is clear, very strong, resistant to twists and turns, not easy to deform, and has good waterproof performance.

2. The interior of the PU travelling bag is made of 210T polyester material with a waterproof coating on the back. The material is light, easy to wash and quick to dry. The bottom of the bag is filled with 3mm thick PE board, which is strong and flat.

3.The handle of the PU travelling bag is made of PU, and the inside is filled with soft rope, which is full of elasticity. The handle is specially designed, and the handle connecting strap is sewn on the bag body and extends to the bottom of the bag, which can distribute gravity to the bag body, increase the load-bearing capacity of the bag, and improve the service life of the bag.

4. The shoulder strap of the PU travelling bag is designed to be humanized. It uses a strong metal adjustment buckle to adjust the length of the shoulder strap. The shoulder strap material is made of thick PP webbing, which is strong, tear-resistant, and will not break. PU fabric:

PU is the abbreviation of Ploy Urethane, it is a man-made synthetic material with the texture of leather, very strong and durable, and the price is not high. After adding ultra-fine fibers, the toughness, air permeability and wear resistance of polyurethane have been further strengthened. Because the characteristics of PU are obvious, this is also the key to achieving a broad market. Its main features:

1). Good physical properties, resistance to tortuosity, good flexibility, high tensile strength, and air permeability. The pattern of PU fabric is to use a kind of pattern paper to heat and press on the surface of semi-finished leather, and wait for it to cool down before separating the paper and leather for surface treatment.

2). It has excellent wear resistance, cold resistance, aging resistance and beautiful appearance. The fastness to folding is comparable to that of natural leather. 200,000 times of bending at room temperature without cracks, and 30,000 times of bending at low temperature (-20℃) without cracks (good temperature resistance and mechanical properties).

3). Good water resistance, no water absorption, no water seepage, no deformation, and mildew resistance. It is the best choice to replace natural leather. PU belongs to reclaimed leather. It has the same soft feel and strong flexibility as real leather. It is a high-grade leather in synthetic leather and belongs to a new type of leather. After years of continuous research and development, PU synthetic leather has achieved rapid growth in product quality, variety, and output.

4). Very light, mothproof, anti-crack, and corrosion-resistant. Practice has proved that the excellent properties of PU cannot be replaced by natural leather. It maintains the breathability, moisture absorption, softness, wear resistance and comfort of natural leather. It surpasses natural leather in terms of chemical resistance, quality uniformity, large-scale production and processing adaptability, and waterproof and mildew resistance.

5). There will be no pollution from production to use, and its environmental performance is superior. Its performance is getting closer and closer to natural leather, and some properties even exceed natural leather. 1.Pre-sales consultation

Please email or call us the style, size, material, quantity, color, printing (embroidery) content and packaging method of the customized product you need, and we will send you a detailed quotation.

2.Design and make samples

After you accept the quotation, if we need to make samples according to your drawings (you can also send sample to us), we can make it for free. If you need to print (embroider) the logo layout, please pay a partial deposit (refundable). You need to pay the postage when we send the samples to you. If you accept the quotation, place an order directly with us, and pay a 30% deposit, we will make a complete sample and mail it to you without any fees, and we will directly reduce the amount.

3.Start ordering

When you receive the sample and have confirmed it, we can sign the order contract and pay a 30% advance payment. Confirm the production process, materials, quantity and other requirements you need before production, and we can start production.

4.Production customization

Procurement of materials and mass production. Due to the difference in quantity and process, the delivery time will vary, usually around 7-30 days.

5.Inspection and delivery

After the production is completed, we will tell you. When the inspection is qualified, you will pay the remaining payment, and we will arrange to send it to the ship after receiving the payment.
